Thank you for purchasing from Kreate Ideaz. We strive to provide high-quality digital content, products, and services, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.


DIGITAL AND PHYSICAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

Digital Products: (eBooks, Downloadable Content, Online Courses, etc.)Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been completed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will consider refund requests under the following conditions:

 

  • Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchase the same digital product multiple times, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

  • Technical Issues – If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the digital product and we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.

  • Incorrect Product Delivery – If you receive the wrong file or an incomplete version, we will rectify the issue. If we cannot provide the correct version, we may issue a refund.


 

PHYSICAL / ONLINE CLASSES AND COURSES (INTERACTIVE ZOOM TRAINING, WORKSHOPS, ETC.)

We accept refund requests for online training and courses under the following conditions:

 

  • Course Cancellation by Kreate Ideaz – If we cancel a scheduled class or course before it takes place, you will receive a full refund.

  • Major Technical Issues – If significant technical difficulties prevent the session from taking place and a reschedule is not possible, a refund may be considered.

Participant Cancellation – Refunds for participant cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of purchase. Generally, refunds are not available for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

To request a refund under any of these circumstances, please contact us at info@bodyintuition.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order details and a description of the issue.

This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and international consumer protection laws. If a product or service is found to have a significant defect that prevents its intended use, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable laws. This does not include change-of-mind returns or user error (e.g., purchasing the wrong product).
